This role requires continuous monitoring and investigation to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, collaborating with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to analyze complex system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment to support business operations. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
