This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all software components meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, while aligning closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable application design. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
