This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient engineering practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and libraries. - Ability to design and optimize databases and data storage solutions. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Skilled in debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality code across the full technology stack.
