This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technology components, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with strategic objectives. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs is a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and technical excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM MQ. - Experience in designing and implementing messaging solutions using IBM MQ. - Strong understanding of middleware technologies and integration patterns. - Ability to analyze system performance and optimize message throughput and reliability. - Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to message queuing systems.
