The role requires working within dynamic environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies. Throughout the day, collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is common to ensure that the software solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the unique requirements of the business. Continuous refinement and enhancement of software components are key activities, contributing to the overall performance and adaptability of the systems in use. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PowerBuilder. - Strong experience in software design and development using SAP PowerBuilder. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Familiarity with integrating custom solutions into existing enterprise systems. - Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery models. - Good understanding of software lifecycle management and version control practices.
