Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and meet user requirements effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM. - Experience with application configuration and support. - Ability to utilize APIs and low-code platforms effectively. - Familiarity with system stability and performance management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Benefits. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
