Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies. - Continuously assess and improve testing processes to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration.
