Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective software designs. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between financial systems.
