This role requires maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency while managing delivery results. The Delivery Lead actively seeks opportunities to expand business through up-selling or cross-selling, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and foster long-term client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning and execution to align delivery objectives with organizational goals. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project progress. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and compliance standards related to security delivery. - Experience in managing service delivery processes and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. - Ability to analyze delivery metrics and implement improvements to optimize service quality. - Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams. - Competence in risk management and problem-solving within complex delivery environments.
