Job description
Help people resolve technical problems across Dhebe Digitals products and the assessment platform. Reproduce issues, explain the next step clearly and turn recurring problems into useful engineering feedback.
Remote within India. Full-time or paid contract. ₹60,000 - ₹90,000 / month.
What you will work on
Triage product and candidate-access issues using clear reproduction steps, redacted diagnostics and documented escalation paths.
Explain supported workflows, limitations and recovery options without requesting passwords or confidential files.
Maintain support guides and small JavaScript diagnostic checks, and verify fixes with engineering before closing recurring issues.
What you bring
Experience troubleshooting web products and communicating clear, respectful updates to users.
Working knowledge of browser developer tools, HTTP, authentication, common network failures and basic JavaScript.
Good judgment about access permissions, personal data, escalation and when evidence is insufficient to identify a cause.
First projects
Improve troubleshooting guidance for assessment invitations, device checks and saved submissions.
Create a reproducible browser-diagnostics checklist for common document and tool workflows.
Compensation
Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
