Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership to globally distributed Python development teams, ensuring quality standards and best practices. Coordinate team activities and report progress to client stakeholders. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services. Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems. Implement microservices-based architectures and event-driven integrations using Kafka or RabbitMQ. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in technical leadership and team coordination. Strong English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Python 3.x development. Experience in API and integration development, including RESTful services and JSON payloads. Exposure to SOAP/XML-based web services. Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Good knowledge of Linux environments. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with AI coding assistant tools to improve development productivity. Preferred Skills Telecom domain experience, particularly in OSS/BSS systems. Exposure to TM Forum APIs. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ. Familiarity with Order Management Systems, Network Provisioning, and Orchestration.
