Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. This role requires continuous monitoring and support to ensure that infrastructure services remain available and reliable. The individual actively manages the service lifecycle, addressing any issues that arise to maintain client satisfaction and mitigate risks associated with service disruptions. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate activities and maintain operational stability is a key aspect of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. - Monitor service performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance service quality. - Assist in documenting processes and maintaining accurate records to support service management activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT operations. - Ability to analyze service disruptions and implement corrective actions effectively. - Familiarity with tools and platforms used for monitoring and managing IT infrastructure services.
