This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by fostering collaboration and driving strategic initiatives that enhance overall enterprise performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks to ensure alignment with business strategies. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate diverse technology solutions effectively. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong knowledge of designing and managing scalable network solutions within complex enterprise environments. - Experience in developing and implementing architecture frameworks and operating models. - Ability to analyze and optimize network performance and security across multiple platforms. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
