Must have skills : Microsoft Azure DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, coordinating efforts across teams to meet project goals. Your role involves overseeing the application lifecycle from inception to deployment, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of application components. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments. - Experience in managing source control, build automation, and release management processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and infrastructure configuration. - Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline development workflows.
