This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, focusing on delivering scalable and efficient systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain quality and performance is a key aspect, alongside fostering innovation and problem-solving within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and software quality. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong knowledge of financial and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing and implementing cost accounting and management accounting solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for custom software engineering. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
