This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the desired objectives. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the successful delivery of software products. The engineer acts as the main liaison for application-related matters, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment while maintaining clear communication and collaboration across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. - Continuously explore and implement improvements to enhance application functionality and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance. - Must have techno-functional experience in Pharmacovigilance, specializing in LSMV Safety Database implementation, configuration, and production support using Java, SQL, SpringBoot, and REST APIs. - Hands-on in end-to-end LSMV deployment lifecycle — from gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions to release management, Hypercare support, and production issue debugging. - Strong SQL and Oracle expertise used for data validation, query analysis, and troubleshooting safety database workflows in regulated life sciences environments. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. - Experience with data processing and transformation techniques to prepare data for analysis. - Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity throughout the analytics process. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design. - Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with diverse teams.
