The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of software applications, ensuring they meet quality standards. Additionally, the engineer dedicates time to maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to support evolving business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective software solutions is an integral part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and debugging. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance. - Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality.
