Utilizing agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient software that meets evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and adaptability across multiple platforms and environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional system collaboration.
