Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals. - Strong understanding of payment processing workflows and transaction lifecycle. - Experience with integration of payment gateways and APIs. - Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements related to payments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues efficiently. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
