The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework. - Experience in integrating SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and ensuring data consistency across platforms. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data management and governance. - Familiarity with data validation, workflow management, and data quality controls within SAP MDG.
