This role requires coordinating multiple teams to align efforts, defining the migration strategy and controls, and proactively managing potential risks. The position demands continuous monitoring of progress to ensure a seamless and dependable transition of data into the target system, while fostering collaboration and communication among stakeholders to address challenges and maintain project momentum. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are maintained. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous improvement and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes related to cloud-based data platforms. - Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles. - Ability to design and implement data migration strategies that minimize downtime and data loss. - Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline migration workflows. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex data migration challenges.
