The Trust and Safety offering within Accenture helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses. • You will be responsible for training Trust and Safety resources whose role may be analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content andor investigating, escalating andor resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. • The Trust & Safety team, including trainers, do meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role as a trainer, you or those around you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to, work with, view, and proactively engage with potentially disturbing, objectionable, and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Roles and Responsibilities: • As a Trainer, you will • Facilitate new hire training with a high level of engagement with the Trust & Safety team. • Follow objectives and client standards for job readiness goals. • Facilitate on-floor training to bridge product knowledge and skill gaps. • Serve as an advocate for the user community • Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve process, quality, and efficiency of work • Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role • Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe Note- The training content could be sensitive or of a graphic nature.
