This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to the daily routine, fostering an environment where innovation and technical excellence thrive. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the continuous improvement of development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). - Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation. - Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards and best practices. - Ability to evaluate and optimize system performance and scalability. - Skilled in leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary development teams. - Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
