The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management. - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and portfolio governance. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
