Evening Care Assistant

Job Description What is the role? Being a Care Professional involves supporting with several tasks: Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes. Assist with daily activities such a personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity. Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients. Minimum 1-hour calls – with client matching for continuity. Schedule Availability - We are looking for candidates who are available to work from 5pm to 10:30pm and weekends. You must live within our Franchise Territory (E4, N1, N4, N5, N7, N8, N15, N16, N17, N18 & N22)  We will transfer you to a branch closer to you if you do not live within these postcodes.
