The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance software components, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and problem-solving activities to deliver high-quality software that supports organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise environments.
