The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality, customized software that supports business objectives effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. - Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments. - Ability to work with various development tools and platforms to customize and optimize software solutions. - Familiarity with data integration and migration processes relevant to oil and gas industry applications.
