Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Data Engineering Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide expert advice on integrating various business and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, while collaborating with stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that meet business needs. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation of solutions that drive client success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and selection of integration tools and technologies to optimize solution delivery. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance. - Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Experience with data pipeline development and management. - Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and middleware solutions. - Familiarity with cloud-based data services and platforms. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable data workflows. - Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
