This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring seamless operation across multiple platforms. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity, while adapting to evolving challenges in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple departments. - Familiarity with business-critical system components and their interdependencies. - Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
