This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role includes setting and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with broader business goals is a key aspect, alongside continuous monitoring and refinement of project progress to achieve successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development. - Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative, practical solutions. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - Excellent understanding of quality assurance processes and code review methodologies.
