Recommend solutions leveraging analytics and take client approvals to deploy the assets or solutions. • P2P + Analytics delivery; Procure to Pay; Project Management; P2P + Python; P2P + Finance Transformation, Procure to Pay - Month Close; Analytics asset delivery; Power BI, SQL, my SQL, Python, What are we looking for? • Conduct end user training on F&A Analytical Solutions • Ensure compliance with data security and governance requirements for deployed solutions • Build long term relationships with stakeholders and handle major customer escalations to strengthen customer relationships and grow the business • Strong Subject Matter Expert in the Procure to Pay Process, with experience analyzing Vendor Master, Invoice Processing, Payments, Reconciliations and T&E in Data & AI powered transformation delivery roles • Strong Technical SME in Analytics solution deployment for P2P • Excellent analytical skills • Great conversational skills • Self-motivated; works effectively both independently (including in individual contributor roles) and as part of a cross-functional team • Ability to work in an ambiguous work environment • Ability to prioritize conflicting activities • Ability to work in Horizontal Vertical Structure Roles and Responsibilities: • Act as Analytics, AI & Transformation Lead Advisory in Procure to Pay domain for clients and stakeholders, across the industries (e.g., Resources, Products, CPG, Telecom, Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, Logistics & Supply chain, etc.) • Carry out in depth process analysis to identify areas of improvement in P2P processes across Process, Policy, People & Platforms. Recommend solutions leveraging analytics and take client approvals to deploy the assets or solutions. • Take 360o ownership of Analytics and AI solutions built and run by the AI & Data team, incl. • As a Process SME, translate complex business operations into clear AI and Data analytics use cases. • BRD Ownership: Ensure documentation of detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. • Solution Architecture: Design the functional end to end data flow and analytical solution blueprints. • Data Privacy: Review Customer Data Platform (CDP) ingestion pipelines for user consent and privacy compliance. • App Security: Coordinate with InfoSec teams to ensure penetration testing and vulnerability fixes. • Legal Clearances: Secure approvals for data usage, third party libraries, and AI model bias constraints • Inventory Management: Register and maintain the application profile in the enterprise IT asset inventory. • Agile Leadership: Guide development teams through sprints, clearing blockers and explaining business logic. • Tenant Lifecycle: Manage custom code branches and configuration builds for every unique client instance. • Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and validating model accuracy. • Release Management: Oversee deployment engineering, hyper care support, and formal go live procedures. • Run Operations: Monitor daily application performance, data pipelines, and AI model drift in production.
