This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development. - Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning applications. - Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration tools. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms to streamline application enhancements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
