Must have skills : SUSE Linux Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cost reporting. Additionally, the position requires actively engaging in cost optimization efforts across various cloud environments, balancing performance needs with budget constraints. This role demands continuous monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and enhance service delivery efficiency. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration. - Strong knowledge of Linux system architecture, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Experience in managing cloud infrastructure and performing capacity planning activities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks. - Understanding of cost management principles within cloud environments.
