This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet business goals effectively. The position demands active involvement in setting development benchmarks, maintaining high standards of code quality, and optimizing system scalability and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering innovation and excellence within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural best practices to ensure robust and maintainable software solutions. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project deliverables with strategic business priorities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Experience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems using microservices principles. - Strong knowledge of API design, service orchestration, and containerization technologies. - Ability to implement performance optimization techniques and ensure high availability of services. - Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices. - Expertise in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective technical solutions.
