This role requires managing project tasks independently while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to align project goals and timelines effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables. - Document technical specifications and application configurations to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Linux, Java Full Stack Development, SQL Procedures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Vue.Js. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues efficiently. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
