This role requires ensuring that operational requirements and service agreements are consistently met, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands proactive monitoring, timely issue resolution, and effective communication to uphold service standards and facilitate smooth operational workflows across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of operational strategies to enhance system efficiency and service delivery. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. - Monitor service level agreements and ensure compliance with operational standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Sales Planning. - Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within agreed timelines. - Experience in problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic operational environment. - Familiarity with tools and methodologies for monitoring and managing production systems.
