This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational needs, fostering a cohesive and scalable data environment that supports business objectives and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform architecture to enhance performance and scalability. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of data strategies with overall business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and robust data platforms that support complex data workflows and integrations. - Experience with cloud-based data services and infrastructure to optimize data storage, processing, and accessibility. - Ability to work with diverse data models and ensure their seamless integration across multiple systems. - Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to maintain data quality and compliance. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
