Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect applications across platforms. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability.
