Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their integration within ServiceNow ITOM. - Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows and orchestration within ITOM environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ITOM modules and integrations. - Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs used in ServiceNow for customization and extension of ITOM capabilities.
