Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. The professional ensures that all design and business requirements are thoroughly reviewed and met, while also facilitating knowledge sharing and education among stakeholders to promote a deep understanding of the process designs. The position demands continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and drive process improvements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes. - Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills to educate and align diverse groups on process designs. - Capability to conduct quality management reviews ensuring compliance with business requirements.
