The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing Python, Java. - Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within data warehousing environments. - Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL workflows. - Ability to analyze data quality and integrity issues and recommend effective solutions. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to enhance testing efficiency. - Understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and performance tuning related to ETL processes.
