Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different stages of application development, from initial design to deployment and maintenance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices. - Experience with application design and configuration to meet business needs. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
