The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance software solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing modern development methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient software that supports organizational goals while adapting to changing project demands and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Experience with data modeling and database design principles related to cloud data warehousing. - Strong understanding of SQL and query optimization techniques within Snowflake environments. - Familiarity with integrating Snowflake with various data ingestion and transformation tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in data warehouse solutions. - Knowledge of security best practices and data governance in cloud-based data platforms.
