This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications and workflows. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to detect anomalies and potential issues. - Familiarity with incident management and change management processes within IT service environments.
