This role serves as the central liaison, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex data structures and design scalable data models within the SAP MDG framework. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to master data management.
