Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce Field Service Lightning capabilities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to Salesforce platforms. - Good understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.
