This role requires balancing creativity with technical execution to deliver impactful software products that enhance service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries and component-based architecture. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
