The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software applications that support business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, MySQL, Python (Programming Language), PySpark. - Strong experience in application design and development using Palantir Foundry platform capabilities. - Ability to write efficient queries and manage data workflows using MySQL and PySpark. - Competence in scripting and automation with Python to streamline application processes. - Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within complex software environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to meet business requirements.
