Collaboration with different stakeholders to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, along with continuous refinement of solutions to meet evolving requirements and enhance overall system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate different stockholders design & develop. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
