This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, ensuring that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and adaptability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance system architecture. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of architectural standards and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with MongoDB (Platform), Infor Birst. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures. - Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural decisions and implementations. - Familiarity with integration strategies and middleware technologies relevant to enterprise applications.
